Delete your account

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This page is for players of The Deep Dice (web, and the iOS and Android apps published under com.deepdice.game) who want their account and everything saved under it erased. Deletion is free, and you do not need an account on any other service to ask for it.

This cannot be undone

Your experience, levels, skill tree, achievements, daily challenge history and leaderboard entries are erased with the account. There is no backup to restore from. If you only want to leave the leaderboards, change your display name in the game's settings instead — that costs you nothing.

How to request it

Your player identifier

Detected from the game session in this browser. Include it in your request — it is what identifies the account to us.

Send an email to d@gryn.dev with the subject Account deletion, and include:

If your account is linked to a Google account or an email address, send the request from that address. That is how we confirm the account is yours, and we cannot delete an account on the word of someone we cannot match to it.

Write the deletion request

Not sure whether you ever linked your account? Open the game, go to Settings → Account: a linked account shows the email address it is linked to. If it shows none, your account is anonymous — send us the player identifier shown above, if this page found one, or your display name, and tell us which platform you played on.

What happens next

What gets deleted

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing else is kept.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data removes the game from your device but leaves your account on our servers, so that reinstalling brings your progress back. Only a request on this page erases it.

Questions about any of this, or about your other privacy rights, are answered in the Privacy Policy, or by writing to d@gryn.dev.
